Terms of Use

Nebrion is an entertainment and self-discovery tool that calculates natal charts, synastry, astrocartography and transits from birth details and, if you want, interprets them with AI. Calculations run on a reproducible engine: the same birth details give the same result.

Astrology is not a scientific method of prediction. Nothing in Nebrion is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, or advice for decisions about relationships, moving or travel. For such decisions, consult a professional.

AI interpretations are generated automatically. They may be wrong, incomplete or general, and they are not an expert opinion. An interpretation interprets the calculated data; the accuracy of the results depends on the accuracy of the date, time and place of birth you enter.

• Nebrion is not intended for children under 13.
• We expect you to provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you enter someone else's birth details, respect that person; where possible, enter them with their knowledge and permission.
• You can delete your account at any time.

Do not misuse the service: overloading the system with automated requests, trying to bypass security measures, trying to steer the AI away from its purpose or trying to access other people's data is prohibited. Such use may lead to your account being restricted or closed.

The website does not take payments. The Pro subscription and the credits used for AI interpretations will be offered only in the mobile app, through the App Store or Google Play; store subscriptions are not available yet. Price and renewal terms will be shown in the store at the time of purchase. Once subscriptions are available, you cancel them from the store's own screen; deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Which features are free and which are offered with a subscription or for credits is shown in the app and may change over time.

We provide Nebrion "as is". We do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors, or that interpretations will be accurate or suitable for you. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the content.

The Nebrion name, design and software belong to us. The birth details you enter belong to you; the Privacy Policy explains how we process them. Privacy Policy

If we update these terms, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), and the TRNC courts have jurisdiction over disputes.

If you use Nebrion as a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the consumer protection rules of your country of residence (e.g. European Union countries or Turkey) that cannot be waived by contract; your right to go to the courts or consumer arbitration committees where you live is preserved. If you have a problem, we kindly ask you to write to us first; we can solve most issues directly.
